Uniqlo Heattech & Uniqlo Holiday Retail Store Installations
Mike Brown, Lot71 | Creative Direction, Environmental Design & Production
Lot71 was commissioned by Uniqlo to conceptualize, design and produce full-store, visual merchandising installations for Uniqlo Heattech and Uniqlo Holiday in their 3 New York City locations. Japanese architects, Wonderwall, designed the interiors with soaring panes of glass, mirror and chrome accents  for the iconic apparel brand. We provided turnkey agency services for both projects.
Inspired by the warmth, weightlessness and bright color of HeatTech, I infused the environment with the multi-sensory warmth of thousands of linear feet of colored fluorescents to inspire shoppers on their journeys. From the facade through the interiors of 5th Avenue, the feeling of HeatTech appeared to pierce through the architecture.

We expanded on the design language with ground supported elements and curtains of light for featured windows at the 34th Street and Soho locations.
For Uniqlo Holiday, we filled the stores with thousands mirror balls, dozens of white neon snowflakes and miles of red metallic vinyl. In the flagship on 5th Avenue, from the soaring curtain wall to every floor inside, shoppers walked into a glittering snow globe of light.
We continued the treatments at the 34th Street and Soho Locations to celebrate the holidays.
