I worked in collaboration with OBO and Villa Eugenie as Production Designer for Adidas Y-3 Fashion Runway Shows over 4 seasons -- S/S 2006, F/W 2006, S/S 2007 and F/W 2007 -- to transform unexpected venues with architecturally vivid and strikingly dynamic environments for these annual, press-worthy New York Fashion Week events.
Notably -- from a looping runway in Hunter College’s Gymnasium with "moving sidewalks" to accelerate model walks inspired by motorsports, to an epic mirrored ceiling over a "3 striped" runway extending from a monolithic rotating bank vault door at Cipriani’s 55 Wall Street -- I helped to team to immerse guests in vivid theatrical spectacles for viewing the new Adidas Y-3 collections each season.
