Miss Sixty

Fashion Runway Design for Miss Sixty Fall/Winter 2008 in New York City’s Bryant Park creating a 1960’s psychedelic Janis Joplin inspired space for the new collections. Illuminated at first by UV alone, the album-cover-art runway glowed with groovy purples, hot pinks and luminescent blues. The lights dimmed and the proscenium opened revealing a double tiered wall of graffitied, phosphorescent VW buses. Under heavy bass, the lower buses ‘drove off’ stage and the models entered to roaring applause as they strutted down the runway in rich textures and layered clothing. The solutions were developed in collaboration with the Miss Sixty global marketing team from creative inception to installation.
